I discovered your website by chance because this chandelier was out of stock in Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair. It was lucky that that happened because: 1. it was cheaper by $70. 2. it was delivered in a timely manner. 3. the agent answered my questions promptly and courteously. 4. the agent accurately took down my custom order for a fee of $60 which was SO WORTH IT. other stores didn't even offer this option I look forward to doing more business with you. LOVE our chandelier and can't say enough about the awesome customer service. We had workers in our house who accidentally cracked two of the globes. Chandelieria made it so easy to replace them which was a big help and relief!!
